Background

Candace Crowley’s twenty-two years of business experience in entrepreneurial sales and service organizations has more than given her the skills to help individuals and business realize effective change.  She has served in many executive-level management roles, including vice president/general management.

Candace's strengths lie in strong leadership, visionary and strategic planning, organizational development, and astute business savvy.  She has a keen insight to identifying and solving problems creatively, compassionate people skills, excellent listening and discernment, and articulate communication skills.  Uniting people from diverse disciplines for a common purpose has become one of the hallmarks of her work.

Candace has a distinctive background combining both the sales and operational aspects of business.  Her responsibilities have included:

  • Management – of multiple departments, divisional management, and general management of an entire company with multiple sites.
  • Sales – using consultative selling to achieve customer satisfaction, retention, partnering, and profitable revenue.
  • Staffing – including recruitment, professional coaching and development, training, and team building.
  • Finance – creating annual business plans, and financial management.  Sales volumes ranged from $3 million to $24 million, with operating budgets from $200,000 to $2.5 million.
