Coaching?
Coaching
is a purposeful relationship with a distinctive and powerful support structure
for accelerating your learning, growth, and performance. Coaching
supports you in returning to your core values, and re-creating all aspects
of your life from the inside out through clarity, focus, and aligned action.
How Coaching
Works
The
coaching process begins with you assessing your life to identify your values,
strengths, goals, desires, and the aspects of your life that you want to
transform. Throughout the process, you reflect on your insights,
breakthroughs, successes, or stumbling blocks, and determine what action
you will take to promote your progress.
Coaching
is typically conducted in weekly 30-minute sessions via the telephone.
Although every client’s needs and goals are unique, a minimum 12-week coaching
commitment is recommended.
